The Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board have said the State Government’s 2019/2020 Students Special Assistance Scheme (SSAS) registration, will start from Monday, January 20th to Wednesday, February 20th, 2020.

This is contained in a statement by the Executive Secretary of the Board, Mr. Sunday Orishedere made available to journalists.

Orishedere explained that applicants qualified for the online Registration must be
Delta State Origin; Have registered with National Identification Management Commission (NIMC); Either be in Second year or above (200 to 500 level) in the Universities or; Be in OND Il and HND II in Polytechnics or Monotechnics.

The announcement expanded that the applicants must be at 200 level and above for Colleges of education adding that Students must obtain a CGPA of 2.20 and above in the earlier academic year’s examination.

The statement also added that all qualified students are urged to ;
Log on to www.dsbsb.dl.gov.ng, to Apply.

It also stated that old students should submit their details for validation while the new students will submit their Bursary application forms, printed and Signed copy of their Acknowledgement Card.

The statement also urged applicants to complete their Bursary registration adding that all applications must be filtered and delivered online.
