The 2020 soundcity MVP award festival is to hold on Saturday, 11th January at the Eko convention centre, Lagos.

The prestigious award ceremony scheduled for Saturday, will celebrate music, and the most outstanding Afrocentric cultural achievement.

The ceremony will also be viewed on most premium live TV events, DStv channel 327, GOtv channel 75 and streaming on all Soundcity TV and radio platforms.

The Soundcity MVP Awards Festival is famed for iconic performances;ranging from from Busiswa’s electric stage domination, to her-never-seen-before joint performance with Niniola to International star Jidenna’s much talked about closing performance.

The last edition featured 2face Idibia, Sarkodie, Davido, Emtee, Patoranking, Tiwa Savage, and Cassper Nyovest’s.

Performing in this year’s edition are music talents across the continent – a true pan-African affair that the SMVP is known for.

There will be performances from Diamond Platnumz, Prince Kaybee, Wizkid, Stonebwoy, Big Trill, Toofan, Joeboy, Rema, Shatta Wale, Zanda Zakuza, Kuami Eugene, Naira Marley, Ric Hassani and others
