Ambiguous Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has taken to social media to talk about jealousy in the Nollywood movie industry after actress Mercy Johnson Okojie released a new movie.

The actor shared a post on his Instagram page, accusing top Nollywood actresses of being jealous of Mercy Johnson’s newly released movie. The actor asked when jealousy would stop in the industry.

Maduagwu disclosed that top actresses did not show up for the movie premiere and none of them showed their support by sharing the trailer on their social media platforms.

He also asked when women would start supporting each other in the Nollywood movie industry.

The actor complimented Mercy Johnson on her new movie and declared that the movie is being examined for submission for the 2021 Oscar award.

Maduagwu further noted that he would not be praising the movie if it was not good. He said the movie tells a story without copying the western narrative.
